What age group does Little Giggles cater for?

We accept enrolments for two, three, four and five year-olds at Woy Woy and six months to five years-olds at Killarney Vale.

Can I start my child at any time during the year?

Yes, if there is a position available, you can start your child at any time throughout the year.

How do I enrol? Is there a waiting list at Little Giggles?

Please call 4341 9657 for Woy Woy or 4388 6515 for Killarney Vale to make an appointment for enrolment. If there is a waiting list we can register your child.

Do I need to supply food at Little Giggles?

We supply lunches for the children at our Killarney Vale Centre. If your child will be attending Woy Woy, our costs are lower at this centre as you will need to supply healthy morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

Will my child explore early literacy and numeracy?

Yes. We explore literacy and numeracy in everything we do at Little Giggles. All opportunities for literacy and numeracy development are embedded into the child’s natural curiosity and creative thinking.

What are the Educators qualifications at Little Giggles?

All Educators have an Early Childhood qualification (Bachelor Degree, Diploma or Certificate III) or are studying towards one. All Educators are qualified in First Aid and CPR.

What are the educator to child ratios at Little Giggles?

The ratios are 1:10 for 3-5 year-olds and 1:5 for 2 year-olds as per government requirements.

Does my child need to be toilet trained before starting?

It is not a necessity, but we do encourage you to start toilet training your child in their second year. We will work with you, when it’s time.

Can I visit Little Giggles before enrolment?

Yes of course you can. Please call 4341 9657 for Woy Woy or 4388 6515 for Killarney Vale to make an appointment.

10.

What is the initial payment required to confirm enrolment?

We require a bond of two weeks gross fees to confirm enrolment. Three weeks of fees are payable when your child starts. This ensures that fees are always two weeks in advance. Please note, this bond is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your child’s enrolment within first 6 months of starting.

11.

Are there a minimum number of days for enrolment? And Is a notice period required to withdraw a child’s enrolment?

Yes, two or more days is recommended to ensure your child is settled and gains the most from our program. Two weeks written notice is required when a child ceases at the service. If notice is not given the deposit will be retained by the service to cover fees during this period.

12.

What are the daily fees at Little Giggles and how do I pay?

Our daily fee starts from $106 per day depending on the age of your child and centre location. This is charged weekly by direct debit from your nominated bank account or card. Little Giggles is an approved service for Child Care Subsidy. There may be an extra charge for incursions or excursions which is added to your account on the day.
